Things I love about Craigslist

One of the best features of Craigslist is the little tab that is labeled "free". Here are two of the gems that I found today:

FREE CHICKEN! Our chicken has had a broken leg for the past few months and it has just not mended. We cannot eat her ourselves because she has been our pet. However, if you would like to take her and put her out of her misery she is yours for the taking. I work in Orem so I could definitely meet you in Orem/Provo if needed.
Ok....so your pet chicken has had a broken leg, and it hasn't managed to "fix itself" yet....so you are giving your PET away so somebody else can EAT HIM?! {shrugs} Whatevs.


DWARF HAMSTER: Our apartment manager found out about our hamster and now we have to give him away. His is really sweet, but he is NOT for children. He bites when you take him out of his cage. His name is Samson and he is really cute. Do not contact me if you don't plan on taking care of him.
