Dear Kelly,
Take the scale out of the bathroom.
QUICKLY PUT IT IN THE DUMPSTER.
You are acting ridiculous. Its like I don't even know you.
I never owned a scale until I married Dan. Now we have one and I seldom get on it. If the clothes fit, then I'm in shape. If they don't, time to be more careful in what I eat and exercise more. That simple. :)
